From the roastery to you.

Delivery within Bulgaria only. Courier office: €3. Street address: €4. Standard delivery is free on €45 or more of coffee. Roastery collection is free by prior arrangement after confirmation.

Preparation: 1–3 working days. Courier: another 1–2 working days. These are separate windows. Weekends can extend the calendar time. If a fresh roast is needed, preparation timing is confirmed.

Coffee leaves the roastery within 21 days of roasting. Find the roast date and lot on the bag.

A question about the bag or the cup?

For a wrong coffee, damaged bag or brewing question, keep the lot and roast details. Describe the problem and how you brew. You can prepare a message here; it will not be sent.
