When the files exist,
but the record does not.

Your supplier details live in one place. Your product and sales files live in another. A range change brings another pack, another revision and another question.

We help independent food and household-goods brands connect those inputs. You keep your reporting lead and existing compliance-scheme relationship. We agree where our preparation starts and where their review takes over.

How the work fits together

Two disciplines.
One clear record.

You work directly with the two people responsible for the preparation and handover.

A few useful
questions.

We already use a compliance scheme. Can you still help?

Yes, where there is a separate preparation task to agree. We establish the handover format with you. If your existing support already covers the work, that may be the best route.

Will you certify our data or submit our report?

We prepare a traceable working record and review pack. The service does not provide certification, legal approval or submission through this website. Your reporting lead or compliance scheme keeps its review and submission role.

What happens when a supplier cannot answer?

The field remains unresolved. We record the question, the evidence available and the next owner, then agree how your reporting specialist will review it.

What do you need for an introduction?

The broad size of your range, who handles reporting and a short description of the record problem. Please do not include sensitive product information or sales files in an introduction.

Tell us where the record gets difficult.

Start with your product range, your reporting arrangement and the part that needs attention.
