ClimaPraktik

A clearer start for installation, replacement and maintenance.

Explore the website (BG)
ClimaPraktik’s Bulgarian website: a daylight apartment, a plum wordmark and three lime-accented service choices.

Start with the job.

A first installation, an old system that needs replacing and routine maintenance begin with different questions. ClimaPraktik gives each task its own starting point, with a defined service area and a clear explanation of what needs a survey.

We brought the identity, Bulgarian website and premises brief together around that first conversation. The visitor can describe what they know without having to choose equipment or understand every technical term.

Sector

Know what needs to be checked.

Equipment, installation and additional work have different requirements. A clear scope explains what is considered, what depends on access and what must be agreed before a visit.

ClimaPraktik’s scope section separates equipment, installation, access requirements and survey conditions in a readable table.

Ask what matters for this job.

The service choice changes the questions. Maintenance asks about the units and their condition; replacement asks about the existing system; installation starts with the room and how it will be used.

Unknown answers remain useful. The brief keeps the relevant facts together and leaves equipment selection, diagnosis and any visit to a separate conversation.

A useful first conversation. On a phone, too.

Service choices, locality and the prepared text stay readable on small screens. The visitor can review, edit, copy or download the brief before deciding what to do with it.

The outcome is explicit: a prepared brief stays in the browser. It does not send a request or reserve a visit.

Prepare a brief (BG)
