Before the first drawing.
A bespoke kitchen is a considered purchase. Before getting in touch, people need to understand the workshop, see what it can make and know where to start.
For Rillford, a joinery workshop near Keynsham, we built an identity and website that connect the rooms, the people and the practical questions behind a commission.
- Sector
- Bespoke kitchens & fitted joinery
- Location
- Bristol & Bath, United Kingdom
- Our scope
- Identity, art direction, content, web design & development
The room comes first.
A kitchen, a reading room, a utility. Each story brings a particular brief, materials and decisions into focus, giving visitors a way to picture their own room.

Warmth, without the theatre.
Burgundy lettering, warm paper and fine details borrowed from workshop drawings. The identity gives the site a recognisable character while leaving the joinery in the foreground.
The studio story introduces Ruth and Owen and explains the link between designing and making. The services set out the scope, including the work handled by other trades.

A useful first conversation.
From exploring a room to preparing a brief, the journey follows the questions that matter: the space, the location, the budget and the timing.
The brief can be reviewed, edited and downloaded, with progress retained for the session. On smaller screens the content reflows while the room stories and enquiry remain easy to reach.
